摘要
本文采用无机—有机物组合这一新思路,对水玻璃进行改性处理,研制出了TN_5、TN_2两种新型改性水玻璃。分别讨论了改性剂磷酸盐、有机物T对水玻璃性能的影响,测定了新型水玻璃的主要性能,并进行了少量浇注试验。结果表明,TN_5、TN_2改性水玻璃的吹CO_2硬化强度高于普遍水玻璃,其溃散性明显优于普通水玻璃;与著名产品英国Foseco.公司的Solosil433改性水玻璃的综合性能相近;是较为理想的新型铸造粘结剂,可望应用于实际铸造生产。
In this paper, we have developed two new modified sodium silicates, TN_5 and TN_2, by the new tentative idea that inorganicals and organicals were used to co-modi fy sodium silicate. The effects of modifiers, phosphrates and organical T, on the properties of sodium silicate were dicussed separately. The main properties of the. TN_5 and TN_2 were measured, and a small-scale production was carried out. The results show that CO_2 hardened strength of the TN_5 and TN_2 sand mixfure is greater than that of common sodium silicate, its collapsiblity is much better than that of the latter; The comprehensive properties of the TN_5 and TN_2 approach the level of those of Solosil 433 modified sodium silicate, the well-know product developed by Foseco. Int.Ltd.,England.The TN_5 and TN_2 are comparatively ideal new foundry binders. It is possible for them to be used in practical casting production.
