摘要
本文从理论上分析和讨论了梳毛机锡林针布工作角的设计。根据摩擦理论,指出了纤维与弹性针布钢针和与金属针布针齿间摩擦角的不同,通过对毛纤维与金属针布针齿之间摩擦角的测试,设计了工作角为78°,75°,72°的三种锡林金属针布进行工艺试验,得到了与分析相符的结果。
According to the basic principle of carding and friction action the frictional angles of wool fibre and the pin of flexible clothing were different from those of the saw tooth of metallic wire clothing (garnett), the latter bring measured with a special goniometer.
In the light of three types of wool fibre fixed to the saw tooth during carding the designing limits and optimum value of working angles of saw tooth covering the swift were obtained theoretically and the different working angles (78° 75° 72°) were designed and tested. The expermental results were confirmed with the theory.
