摘要
以某型号注塑机为研究对象,在Pro/E和ANSYS协同设计分析环境下,对注塑机锁模机构进行整体建模及分析。分析结果显示动模板在150kN的锁模压力下变形和应力变化较大。根据有限元分析结果,利用ANSYS优化模板对动模板结构进行优化设计,优化后的动模板的应力以及变形显著降低,对产品性能的改进起到了良好的指导作用。
This paper takes injection molding machine as the research object,to conduct an overall modeling and analysis of clamping unit of injection molding machine under the Collaborative design analysis environment of PRO/E and ANSYS. The results show the deformation and stress of movable-plate change a lot under the 150KN clamping force. According to finite element analysis,using ANSYS Optimizing templates to optimize the design of movable-plate,the optimization design significantly reduces the stress and deformation. It plays a good role in guiding for the improvement of product performance.
