摘要
财政支出结构对经济发展及经济发展方式转变具有重要的影响作用,从促进经济发展方式转变角度看,当前优化财政支出的重点在于加大对农业和服务业的支持、加大对教育、卫生和社会保障的投入、加大对自主创新和循环经济的投入。
Fiscal expenditure structure has great ef fect on economic development and the transformation of the mode of economic development,from the promote the mode of economic development aspect,for optimizing fiscal expenditure,it should make point at enhance support of agriculture and sevice,increase input for education,social insurance and health,improve input for recycal economy and independent innovation.
