摘要
【目的】观察人工股骨头置换和内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。【方法】将73例老年股骨颈骨折患者分为研究组（37例）和对照组（36例），分别行人工股骨头置换术和传统的内固定术，比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、住院费用、开始康复训练时间和术后髋关节功能评分。【结果】研究组住院时间和开始康复训练时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），术后6个月内髋关节功能评分研究组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。【结论】人工股骨头置换治疗股骨颈骨折具有术后康复快，并发症少等特点，是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的理想选择之一。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of artificial femoral head replacement and internal fixation for senile femoral neck fracture. [Methods] Seventy three patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into study group （ n =37） and control group （ n =36）, and they were treated by hemiarthroplasty and internal fixation, respectively. The operation time, hospitalization time, blood loss, hospital costs, start time of rehabilitation training and postoperative scores of hip joint function were compared between two groups. [Results] Hospitalization time and start time of rehabilitation training of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group （ P 〈0.05）, and the score of hip joint function at 6 months after surgery in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Femoral head replacement is one of the ideal options for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture because it has the advantages of faster postoperative recovery and fewer complications.
