摘要
现代信息技术的普及和发展,对大学生信息素质教育提出了更高的要求,开展基于WEB2.0技术、虚拟参考技术、3G技术、云计算等现代信息技术的大学生信息素质教育,能突破时空地域等的限制最大限度地满足学生对信息的需求,更好的提高大学生获取和利用信息的能力。但需要注意与传统信息素质教育、道德信息教育等的结合,注重多个部门的协作与多种技术的综合应用。
With the popularization and development of modem information technology, a great demand for the informational quality education of college students is promoted. The informational quality education, which is based upon the WEB2.0 Technology, Virtual Reference Technology,3G Technology and Cloud Computing, can break through the constrains of space and time to meet the informational demands of students to the maximum extent, as well as improve their capacities of obtaining and using information. But much attention should be paid to the combination of traditional quality education and the moral education, as well as the collaboration of the departments and the comprehensive application of technologies.
