摘要
本文通过监测犬冠状动脉及肠系膜动脉外周压力,发现体外反搏能明显地逐渐提高犬冠状动脉及肠系膜动脉的外周压力,反搏开始后即开始升高,反搏30min时达到高峰,在反搏的60min中,记录到逐渐增大的反搏波,展示侧支循环逐渐建立开放的动态过程。
Effect of external counterpulsation (ECP) on coronary peripheral pressure (CPP) and mesenteric artery peripheral pressure (MAPP) was observed in dogs. CPP and MAPP increase right after the start of ECP treatment and the levels of them augmented ECP augmented gradually. The highest level obtained at about 30 min during the treatment. The increasing diastolic augmentation can be seen in the CPP and MAPP waveform for an hour of the treatment. This suggests that ECP is capable of promoting collateral circulation opening of coronary and mesenteric arteries. [HS1*2〗
