股骨头骨折脱位的分型和手术治疗探讨

摘要 目的探讨股骨头骨折分型及治疗方法。方法根据改良股骨头骨折脱位分型方法,对28例股骨头骨折病人,采用手术治疗26例。其中股骨头骨折小骨块切除5例,骨折块复位内固定18例,髋关节置换3例。结果平均随访2年,按髋关节功能评定标准和X线结果,优11例,良12例,可4例,差2例,总优良率为79%。结论重视按股骨头骨折类型选择合适的治疗方式。 Objective To discuss the treatment and clinical effects of femoral head fractures.Methods Frome 2000 to 2007,28cases with femoral head fractures were treated.And then open reduction of fracture of femoral head and internal fixation were performed according to the modified fracture classification.Results 28cases were followed up for 24 months after operations.The results were excellent 11 cases,good 12 cases,fair 4 cases,poor 2 case according to system of assessment suggested by American academy of orthopedic surgeons.Rate of excellent and good result was 79%.Conclusion It is important to choice proper methods to treat femoral head fractures.The key to excellent and good result achieved in the modified fracture classification.
