摘要 通过以冬芽为材料,对7681桑进行过氧化物酶,细胞色素氧化酶酶谱分析,结果表明7681桑是亲本体细胞融合的真杂种;N2激光处理后使重组基因又发生基因突变而扩大了变异,并在酶谱表型上出现差异,桑品种的生物学特征与同工酶酶谱有相应的一致关系。 In this paper the zymogram analysis on the Peroxidase and cytochrome oxydase isoenzyme of 7681 mulberry was reported by the winter bud. The results showed that 7681 mulberry was true bybrid of parent booly cell mix together. After it was controled that takea Place gene recombination, gene mutation, extended variation by N 2 Laser. There was diffarerce that the zymogrom phenotype. Correlativity between the bidogy particular and isoenzyme zymogram.
