摘要
二氧化碳捕集和驱油埋存是目前解决温室气体减排的可行方法。为分析炼油厂排放的CO2用于油田驱油同时埋存的可行性,通过聚合物驱的吨聚增油和CO2驱油埋存的CO2利用系数2个指标,建立了等效CO2利用系数、CO2等效成本上限、CO2经济极限成本和极限供气距离等计算公式。以N公司所属的炼油厂和油田为例,估算了炼油厂CO2的排放量、捕集量和适合CO2驱油田CO2的有效埋存量。分析结果表明,当CO2利用系数为0.25t/bbl且CO2捕集成本为30美元/t时,炼油厂捕集的CO2用于驱油埋存是可行的,CO2在低渗透油藏的驱油埋存可以达到聚合物驱在高渗透油藏的驱油效果,建议有关油田和炼油厂联合开展CO2捕集和驱油埋存先导性试验。
Carbon dioxide capture and underground storage is a feasible method to solve the problem of greenhouse gas emissions at pres-ent.The application feasibility on oil displacement by carbon dioxide emitted from refinery and its underground storage is studied herein.Two indexes.incremental oil produced by polymer per ton and utilization coefficient of carbon dioxide,are used in the re search to construct the calculation formulas which are function of utilization coefficient of equivalent CO2,upper limit of equiva lent cost,economic cost limit and air supply distance limit of CO2.Parameters,such as emission.capture and storage of the carbon dioxide,are estimated for the refineries and oilfields of N company.The results show that when utilization coefficient of carbon di-oxide is 0.25t/bbl and capture cost of carbon dioxide is 30 $ /t,the trapped carbon dioxide in the refinery is feasible for the oil displacement and underground storage.Oil displacement and underground storage of the carbon dioxide in the low-permeability oil reservoirs may achieve the same oil-displacement performance as the polymer in the high-permeability oil reservoirs.Pilot of the carbon dioxide capture and underground storage should be launched in the relevant oilfields and refineries.
