摘要
随着城市建设的迅速发展,全国各地供水企业输配水管道频频发生爆管。究其原因,有自然因素,也有人为因素。在一定程度上严重影响工农业生产、人民生活和社会活动,对供水管网日常安全运行、优质服务构成潜在威胁。本文通过对县城管网现状及可能引发水管爆裂的实际因素的汇总梳理,制定了一系列可行、有效的措施,达到控制爆管事故的发生,确保管网安全运行的目的。
With the fast development of the city construction, bursting of pipes happened in many water corporations in our country. The reasons contain two aspects： the natural factor and the human factor. The producing of industry, people＇s life and social activities are effected to a certain extent. It threats the safe operation of water network and the excellent service is also destroyed. The thesis sums up all the factors which may cause the bursting Of pipes, and arranges a feasible and effective method to control the bursting of the accident in order to ensure that the network can operate safely.
