摘要
目的探讨纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、Ⅰ型胶原3种细胞外基质蛋白促牛晶状体上皮细胞(LEC)的粘附作用,从细胞生物学方面阐述后囊膜混浊(PCO)发生的病理学机制。方法应用3H—TDR掺入法研究纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、I型胶原和鸡卵白蛋白对体外培养的牛LEC的粘附作用。结果牛LEC能够粘附到包被有不同浓度的纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、Ⅰ型胶原培养板表面上,呈现出浓度和时间效应特点;但牛LEC不能够粘附到包被有不同浓度的鸡卵白蛋白培养板表面上。结论纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、Ⅰ型胶原能够介导LEC粘附到后囊膜上,在PCO发生过程中它们可起到重要的促进作用。
ObjectiveTo inquire into the role of fibronectin,laminin and type I collagen in promotion of bovine lens epithelial cells(LEC)adhesion and to explain the pathogenesis of posterior capsular opacification(PCO).Methods 3H TDR incorporating assays were applyed to study adhesion of bovine LEC cultued in response of fibronectin,laminin,type I collagen and ovalbumin in vitro.ResultsBovine LEC adhered to surfaces coated with varying concentrations of fibronectin,laminin and type I collagen,and the adhesion of the cells was dependent on the concentration of coated substates and time.Bovine LEC did not adhere to ovalbumin coated surfaces at any concentration tested.ConclusionThe results of these studies indicate that adhesion of LEC occurs in response to fibronectin,laminin and type I collagen,which may play a critical promotive role in the occurrence of PCO.
