摘要
目前在图书馆知识管理中,对隐性知识的管理是非常必要和重要的。本文阐述了图书馆知识管理的概念,分析了隐性知识的流动和转化,提出了图书馆对隐性知识管理的策略,如创建知识共享的文化氛围、建立图书馆知识共享系统、建立促进隐性知识的共享与知识交流机制、创造隐性知识宽松交流的环境、建立岗位责任制,实行岗位轮换、隐性知识的积累管理、培育以知识为动力的职工队伍等,以加强图书馆对隐性知识的管理。
Currently, it' s very necessary and important to manage tacit knowledge in the library knowledge management. In this assay, author expounds the concept of library knowledge management, analyses the flowage and transformation of tacit knowledge, and proposes some useful strategies which include: building up a knowledge-sharing cultural atmosphere and sys- tem, creating effective mechanism and relaxed atmosphere to prompt sharing and exchange of tacit knowledge, establishing post-responsibility and post-alternating system, managing the accumulated tacit knowledge, training knowledge-driving staffs and so on. All these strategies are purposed for strengthening the management of tacit knowledge.
