止痢草提取物的抗氧化作用及其对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 本试验旨在研究止痢草提取物对断奶仔猪的抗氧化作用和对生长性能的影响。试验选取杜×长×大断奶仔猪60头,随机分为3组,每组4个重复。对照组基础日粮中添加抗生素(杆菌肽锌40g/t和金霉素70g/t),试验Ⅰ组基础日粮中添加250g/t止痢草提取物替代50%抗生素,试验Ⅱ组添加500g/t止痢草提取物替代全部抗生素。试验期为15d。分别于仔猪断奶后第1、7、15天采血,分析抗氧化指标,试验结束时测定仔猪生产性能。结果表明:整个试验期间,试验组T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性高于对照组(P>0.05)。MDA含量低于对照组,试验第15天时,MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组仔猪的日增重、采食量和饲料转化率与对照组相比略有提高(P>0.05)。可见止痢草提取物可增强仔猪的抗氧化能力,具有改善仔猪生产性能的趋势。
