摘要
主要对压制竹地板时甲醛捕集剂与芬兰太尔脲胶的适应性、施胶方式、不同甲醛捕集剂添加量及不同脲胶涂胶量进行了研究和分析,结果表明:甲醛捕集剂降醛效果明显,加入甲醛捕集剂后太尔脲胶的pH值有所增加,粘度有所变小;采用涂胶方式,涂胶量选170g/m2为宜,甲醛捕集剂添加量10%左右为宜。
The application techniques were researched and analyzed about formaldehyde absorptive reagent used in combination with Finland dynea urea-formaldehyde resin which included their adaptability,different methods of resin distribution,different addition quantity of formaldehyde absorptive reagent and different glue spread amount of urea-formaldehyde resin. The results showed that formaldehyde absorptive reagent had obvious effect of decreasing formaldehyde. The pH value would increase and the viscosity would diminish when formaldehyde absorptive reagent was mixed with dynea urea-formaldehyde resin. The optimal technology parameters were 170g/m2 glue spread, 10% formaldehyde absorptive reagent spread.
