摘要
目的观察白体静脉旁路移植后主体动脉段的血管壁的变化。方法新西兰大白兔18只,取右侧颈外静脉旁路移植至同侧颈总动脉为实验组,仅游离左侧颈总动脉为假实验组,正常左侧颈总动脉为正常对照组,术后6周取材光镜下观察、测量,比较各血管段内膜、中膜变化差异,电镜观察细胞形态变化。结果游离的动脉与正常动脉相比无显著性差异(P〉0.05);主体动脉近远端底部及盲段内膜明显增厚(P〈0.01)。结论自体静脉旁路移植术后,主体动脉近远端底部及盲段内膜明显增厚,考虑与局部血流动力学改变密切相关。
Objective To observe the restenosis after the vein-to-artery grafted bypass. Methods Eighteen New Zealand rabbits were used in the experiment. The right external-jugular-vein was transplanted to the right arteria-carotis-communis bypass as the experiment group; The left arteria-carotis-communis was dissociated as the provided experiment group; and the normal artery served as the control group. Six weeks after the operation, were the rabbits were sacrificed and the specimens were obtained. The different changes of the vessels were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results The changes of the dis- sociated vessels were similar to the normal veins( P 〉 0. 05 ). The endomembranes of the host arteries were much more thicker than the normal veins ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion After the vein-to-artery transplanting operation bypass, the host arteries intima was thickened remarkably. And the location of he thickened intima was extremely related with the changed hemodynamics.
