制冷降温掘进工作面的风温预测及需冷量计算 被引量:11

摘要 根据掘进工作面风筒内、外风流相互传热,相互影响以及风温沿巷道非线性变化的特点,指出了掘进工作面风温预测存在的问题.提出了独头巷道风筒内、外风流温度的差分计算的原理和方法,并依此编制了制冷掘进工作面风筒内外风流温、湿度和需冷量预测的计算机程序.大量的实例计算说明,该计算机程序不仅能准确计算出制冷降温掘进工作面风温和需冷量,而且能揭示掘进工作面风筒内、外风流温度的非线性变化规律,为高温掘进工作面制定合理降温措施提供了基础. Based on the characteristics of inter heat transfer and inter relationship of air flow inside and outside air duct in heading face and of nonlinear change of air temperature along entry as well, the problem in air temperature forecast in heading face was pointed out. The principle and method of difference calculation of air flow temperature inside and outside air duct in blind heading was presented, and based on it, the computer program for forecasting the temperature and humidity of air flow inside and outside air duct and required amount of cools in heading face is edited. A lot of practical calculations indicate that this program not only can precisely calculates the air temperature and required amount of cools in heading face, but also reveals the nonlinear variance law of air flow temperature, thus provide the basis for designating appropriate cooling measure in heading face with high temperature.
