摘要
目的:通过水迷宫实验观察愈痫灵颗粒(YXLG)对戊四氮(PTZ)致痫大鼠学习、记忆能力的影响。方法:选取70只清洁级SD大鼠,从中随机选取10只作为空白对照组,其余大鼠用PTZ造模。将符合模型标准的大鼠随机分为3组:即YXLG组、丙戊酸钠组和模型组。以大鼠水迷宫实验的学习、记忆成绩来评价YXLG对致痫大鼠学习、记忆能力的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组学习成绩差,具有显著意义(P〈0.01),记忆成绩差,具有统计学意义(P〈O.05),提示癫痫可导致大鼠学习、记忆能力的下降。与模型组比较,YXLG组学习成绩差,具有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01),记忆成绩差,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);YXLG组与空白对照组比较,两指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),提示YXLG可明显改善癫痫模型大鼠学习、记忆能力损害。结论:癫痫大鼠存在学习、记忆能力下降,YXLG可以改善癫痫大鼠的学习、记忆能力。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yu Xian Ling granula (YXLG) on the learning and memory capacity of epileptic model rats caused by pentetrazole (PTZ). Methods: Ten rats were randomly selected from the total 70 SD rats of clean grade as the blank control group. Orther 60 rats were mede in- to epileptic models with PTZ. Then the model rats were divided into three groups: YXLG group(YXLG), the valproate group(VPA) ,the model group(Model). Then the water maze text was carried out to evaluate the effect of YXLG on the learning and memory capacity of epileptic rats. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the learning and memory performance were reduced in the model groups(P 〈0.01 ,P〈0.05). In contrast to the model group, YXLG improved the learning and memory capacities markedly (P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05). And the YXLG group has a equal result with the blank control group in the test(P〉0.05). Conclusion: The learning and memory capacity of the epileptic rats can be impaired by these epilepsy, and YXLG can improve these capacity.
