摘要
目的:观察复方敏宁搽剂对实验性大鼠和小鼠炎症、肿胀的影响,阐明其消炎作用及特点。方法:采用大鼠足肿胀、大鼠肉芽肿和小鼠耳肿胀法进行抗炎实验。结果:复方敏宁搽剂能明显抑制角叉莱胶诱发的足肿胀和棉球所致肉芽肿的重量,并能抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀。结论:复方敏宁搽剂具有抗炎作用,对临床用于治疗女性外阴白斑具有支持作用。
Objective： To study the effect of anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling of compound minning liniment in rats and mice. Method： The study was carried out through the observation of foot swelling in rats, granulation swelling in rats and ear swelling in mice. Result： Compound minning hniment can inhibited the foot swelling by CAR and the granulation weight by cotton ball in rats, can restrained the ear swelling by xylene in mice also. Conclusion： Compound mirming liniment has good effect of anti-inflammatory,it can be used to cure the leakoplakia vulvae in women.
