摘要
研究了杭菊和怀菊两类菊花中总黄酮及水浸出物的含量,并首次检测了菊花中多酚物质的含量。结果表明:杭菊和怀菊中总黄酮含量分别为(51.76±1.06)mg/g、(67.83±2.11)mg/g,RSD分别为2.06%、3.11%;多酚含量分别为(102.25±2.64)mg/g、(159.73±3.84)mg/g,RSD分别为2.59%、2.40%;水浸出物含量分别为(506.90±2.56)mg/g、(493.80±2.63)mg/g,RSD分别为0.51%、0.53%,该研究结论可为菊花功能活性成分的提取及综合利用提供理论依据。
The contents of flavonoids and water extracts in Zhejiang chrysanthemum and Henan chrysanthemum were researched. In addition, the content of chrysanthemum polyphenols in two chrysanthemums was determinated for the first time. The contents of total Flavonoids in two chrysanthemums were （51.76± 1.06） mg/g and （67.83± 2.11） mg/g, and their RSD values were 2.06% and 3.11%. The contents of Polyphenols in two chrysanthemums were （102.25±2.64） mg/g and （159.73± 3.84） mg/g, and their RSD value were 2.59% and 2.40%. The contents of water extracts in two chrysanthemums were （506.90±2.56） mg/g and （493.80± 2.63） mg/g, and their RSD value were 0.51% and 0.53%. We hope to provide scientific basis for the extraction and synthesis utilization of chrysanthemum functional components.
