摘要
氩弧焊机控制系统采用单片机控制需具备有较高的灵敏度,因此抗干扰问题己成为控制系统首要考虑的重要因素。本文分析了氩弧焊接机的单片机控制系统干扰的主要来源,着重从硬件(主动式抗干扰)和软件(被动式抗干扰)两方面进行了抗干扰设计,得到了在焊接汽车拨叉件工作环境条件下稳定地、可靠地运行单片机实时控制系统,解决了强电磁环境对单片机系统的干扰难题。
Control system of argon arc welding machine, which utilizes the SCM (Single Chip Machine), requires higher sensitivity, and thus the problem of anti-interference has become the most important factor of the control system. This paper analyzes the major sources of interference of SCM of argon arc welding machine. Then, the anti-interference is mainly designed in the perspective of hardware (active antiinterference) and software (passive anti-interference). From the paper, a real-time control system of SCM is designed to operate stably and reliably in the condition of welding automatic fork-lever, resolving the impact of strong electro-magnetic condition on SCM.
