摘要
为适应塔机群工作状态管理的实际需求,获得可靠适用的在役塔机载荷谱,本文建立了塔机群管理信息系统,通过无线传输方法采集在役塔机工作状态数据,结合Visual Basic和SQL Server技术,将采集到的数据进行自动处理,真实记录塔机机群的运行情况,为监测塔机安全运行状态提供可靠的依据,为进一步对塔机进行有效寿命评估等应用奠定了坚实基础。
In order to adapting the actual demand of the multi tower cranes working state management, get a reliable and useful spectrum of load about the tower cranes in service, the management information system on the multi tower crane,which collects the working condition information of the tower crane in service by the wireless transmission method, is established in this paper. Based on Visual Basic and SQL Server technology,this system can dispose the data collected automatically,truly records the operation state of the multi tower cranes,provides a reliable basis for the safe operation of the tower crane, and laids a solid foundation to the further applications such as the effective life evaluation of the tower crane.
