摘要
为探讨复方金银花、茵陈五苓2种注射液对内毒素所致心肺损伤组织结构的防治作用,将体重(2.5±0.25)kg健康家兔随机分为4组,模型组、复方金银花组、茵陈五苓组家兔静注大肠杆菌(O111B4)内毒素生理盐水,剂量为100μg/kg,注射后24h,复方金银花和茵陈五苓两组静注10mL/kg的中药注射液。模型组静注同容积生理盐水。阴性对照组静注与内毒素和中药注射剂等容积的生理盐水,注射药液后24h颈静脉放血致死,解剖取心、肺组织,Bouin液固定24h,制作石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察并摄影。结果表明,模型组家兔心肌纤维浊肿、有少部分断裂,间质充血,血管周围水肿,心肌细胞空泡变性;肺弥散性水肿,肺间质小血管充血,管腔内中性白细胞积聚,微血栓形成,小血管周围水肿;间质大量炎性浸润,肺泡结构破坏。复方金银花组家兔心肌纤维排列整齐,心肌纤维间有少量淤血;肺泡隔大部分正常,少部分肿胀,变厚。茵陈五苓组心、肺组织结构与模型组比较基本没有变化。
To study the protective effects of compound honeysuckle and Herba Artemisiae Scoparia injection on heart and lung’s tissue structure injury induced by the endotoxin. The weight of healthy rabbits was 2.5±0.25kg, they were randomly divided into 4 groups, the model group, the honeysuckle compound group and the Herba Artemisiae Scoparia group were injected the endotoxin saline with intravenous, the dose was 100μg/ kg, after 24h, the Compound Honeysuckle and Herba Artemisiae Scoparia groups were injected the Chinese medicine with intravenous, the dose was 10ml/kg. The model group was injected same volume saline intravenously. The negative control group was injected same volume saline intravenously with the endotoxin and Chinese medicine injection group, after 24 hours, jugular vein bleeding to death, take heart, lung tissue, Bouin liquid fixed 24h, made paraffin sections, stained of HE, microscope and photography. The results showed that the rabbit of model group myocardial fibers were swelling, parts of fracture, interstitial congestion, around vascular edema, the cell of myocardial had vacuolar degeneration, the dispersivity edema of lung, the small vascular hyperemia in interstitial of lung, there were the phenomenon of neutrophils accumulation in the lumen, the micro thrombus formed, around small vascular congestion; the massive inflammatory infiltration, the structure of alveolar was damaged. The rabbit of Compound Honeysuckle group myocardial fibers arranged tidiness, there were a little congestion around myocardial fibers; the most parts of alveolar septa normal, the small parts of swelling, thickening. Herba Artemisiae Scoparia group heart, lung tissue structure compared with the model group has basically not changed.
