摘要 实时荧光定量PCR(real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,FQ-PCR)技术融汇了传统PCR技术灵敏、快速、特异的特点以及光谱技术的高敏感性和高精确定量的优点,直接探测PCR过程中荧光信号的变化以获得定量的结果。随着现代医学和分子生物学的飞速发展,该技术已在兽医学的基础研究及临床应用方面发挥着越来越大的作用。笔者将对FQ-PCR技术的原理、检测方法研究进展以及目前的应用状况等作一综述。 The real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology combines the traditional PCR and spectroscopy’s advantages; it is more sensitive, rapid and specific. It can detect the changes of fluorescence signal in the process of PCR to obtain quantitative results. With the rapid development of modern medicine and molecular biology, it has been play a more and more important role in the basic research and clinical applications of veterinary medicine. In this paper, the principles, recent research progress of detection methods and the present application status of the technology are reviewed.
