摘要
东海某混凝土道面早期开裂破坏明显。通过XRD分析、DSC/TG分析及偏光显微镜等多种检测方法,对混凝土原材料和芯样进行检测分析。结果表明,原材料性能稳定且混凝土安定性合格,道面基础完整,但开裂混凝土的强度偏低。分析其断裂破损的原因可能为道面混凝土在早期强度较低情况下,受温度翘曲应力、自重及外界荷载的作用发生开裂。
Visible cracking deformations which may badly impact the durability of paving concrete have been found in Donghai County.Several analytical methods,such as XRD,DSC/TG and petrography,were carried out to characterize the raw materials and core rods of the concrete.The results demonstrate that soundness of both cement and concrete are qualified.However,strength of damaged paving concrete appears to be a bit low while the base of pavement is still in good condition.According to these results,cracking may be caused by temperature curling stress together with dynamic external loading stress on low-strength concrete.
