摘要
目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩的综合疗法,并评价其临床效果。方法:我们临床上将瘢痕疙瘩分为惰性类和活跃类。根据瘢痕疙瘩的不同类型,在外科手术切除的基础上,选用术后放疗、局部加压、硅胶膜覆盖、糖皮质激素局部注射等多种方法予以治疗。结果:自2007年以来,共利用综合疗法治疗瘢痕疙瘩15例,治愈13例,有效2例。结论:针对瘢痕疙瘩不同类型采用多种方法联合治疗可以取得较好疗效。此种分类方法及疗效评估标准尚需深入研究。
Objective To explore the combined treatments for cheloid and evaluate their clinical effect. Methods We divided keloid into inertia type and active type clinically. On the basis of surgical excision, we applied postoperation radiotherapy, local compression, silicon gel covering and glucocorticosteroid injecting according to different keloid types. Results 15 cases of keloid were treated by the combined treatments since 2007. Among them, 13 cases were cured and the other 2cases were effective. Conclusion Combined treatments may get plausible effect in treating keloid. This classification and criterion for evaluating curative effect should be lucubrated.
