火电厂煤场自动取样装置能否可靠投运,直接关系到电厂的来煤质量、标煤单价、热值等各项经济指标的考核。文章介绍了入炉(厂)煤自动取样装置的改进方案、实施内容及改进效果。通过自动取样装置改进,确保了入炉(厂)煤自动取样装置安全、可靠运行,同时也为电厂准确反映入炉(厂)煤质,提供了设备和技术保证。
Reliable operation of automatic sampling equipment for coal storage yard of coal fired power plant will affect the coal quality , standard coal price, calorific value and so. The paper introduced the improvement schemes of automatic sampling equipment of fired coal, its enforcement content and improvement result. After the improvement, the safe and reliable operation of the automatic sampling equipment was ensured. At the same time, it provided the device and technol- ogy guarantee which the power plant could reflect coal quality correctly.
