摘要
连续退火生产线上的炉底辊是大型冷轧薄板生产中的关键部件,通过采用先进陶瓷涂层改善炉底辊质量和使用性能是极有发展潜力的高新技术。通过对涂层材料、涂层结构及其制备工艺的研究,研制出具有优良的抗热震性能、高温耐磨性能和抗结瘤性能的氧化锆基陶瓷涂层炉底辊。试用结果表明,新型炉底辊各项性能满足生产要求,而且具有寿命长、成本低等优点,具有较大推广应用价值。
Hearth rolls in continuous annealing line are key components to produce thin sheets in steel mills. It is a new potential high technology to improve the quality and properties of hearth rolls by means of advanced ceramic coatings. Through the study of coating materials, coating structures and manufacture procedures, a new type of hearth roll with zirconia-based ceramic coatings which have good thermal shock resistance, high wear resistance and good build-up resistance has been developed.The evaluation of the hearth rolls by commercial line indicates that the properties of the new hearth rolls can meet the requirements of production of thin sheet. And the long durability and low cost promise the new hearth rolls a wide application
