摘要
研究了有机盐对不同分子量聚合醇的浊点、抑制性和润滑性的影响。结果发现,有机盐的增加能够不同程度地降低聚合醇的浊点,而且复配的聚合醇受有机盐的影响较大;有机盐能够增强聚合醇的抑制性,存在一种协同效应,而且有机盐和不同配比的复合聚合醇复配后的抑制效果不同;在浊点以下,有机盐对聚合醇的润滑性影响较小。建议在现场使用聚合醇有机盐钻井液时,应根据井底温度和有机盐加量的不同,选择聚合醇的最优配方。
The effect of organic salt on the turbidity point,inhibitive capacity and lubricity of poly glycol of different molecular weight is studied,showing that the addition of organic salt to some extent reduces the turbidity point of poly glycol,and compound poly glycols are more prone to subject to the addition of organic salt. The addition of organic salts improves the inhibitive capacity of poly glycols,showing a synergy between two additives. It is also found that below turbidity point,organic salts affect the lubricity of poly glycol to a lesser extent than at temperatures above the turbidity point.
