摘要
分析了创新型城市总体发展战略的内涵。通过对连云港创新型城市建设的发展环境和发展条件的动态分析发现,当前机会大于威胁,优势大于劣势,应积极加快连云港市创新型城市发展步伐,走高技术制造业创新中心城市模式,打造具有海洋特色的城市创新优势,使连云港市成为苏北区域创新体系中不可或缺的组成部分。
The connotations of the overall developing strategies of an innovative city are analyzed in this paper. Dynamic analysis to the developing environment and conditions of Lianyungang as an innovative city reveals that there are more opportunities than menaces, and more advantages than disadvantages. Therefore, we should speed up the pace of innovative city construction. We should innovate the city mode by high-tech manufacturing, and foster its innovative advantages by building its marine characteristics. In this way, the City of Lianyungang will become an indispensable part of the innovative system in Northern Jian- gsu Province.
