摘要
针对石油钻井物料消耗投资大、管理控制难的问题.通过分析石油钻井物料需求特点,应用物料需求计划方法构建了石油钻井物料管理与控制的石油钻井物料需求计划模型;针对钻具可重复使用的特性和钻具损耗的随机性,采用传统制造业物料需求计划方法和期望值法,分别给出了钻井物料需求计划确定型模型和随机型模型的计算过程与公式.该模型的建立与应用,为石油钻井企业缩短物资供应周期、降低库存成本、实现钻井物料供应的优化管理提供了辅助支持.
The investment of well drilling is great and the management of well drilling materials is difficult.For solving the difficulty of the management of well drilling materials,the model for the requirement planning of well drilling materials is put forward based on the analysis of the characteristics of oil drilling material requirement.According to the characteristics of a drilling bit which can be used repeatedly and whose wear is of randomness,the deterministic model and the stochastic model for the requirement planning of well drilling materials are proposed by using the of the material requirement planning method for the traditional manufacturing industry and the expectation method separately.The establishment and application of the models provide the help of reducing material supplying cycle,reducing inventory cost and optimizing material management for petroleum drilling enterprises.
