摘要
环境污染与全球气候变化问题逐渐成为人类可持续发展所面临的最严峻挑战。2009哥本哈根气候大会后,在世界范围内掀起的"低碳浪潮",推进了低碳环保产业的发展。辨析低碳经济的概念与环保产业内涵的三次发展基础,分析我国低碳环保产业现状,提出将技术创新理论(TRIZ)应用于低碳产业研究、利用TRIZ理想化方法开创中国低碳环保产业发展的思路。
The problem of environmental pollution and global climate has gradually become the most serious challenges of sustainable development. After climate conference in Copenhagen in December 2009, ＂low-carbon wave＂ has been a worldwide trend, which has promoted the development of low-carbon environmental protection industry at the same time. Based on the three development of the concept of low-carbon economy and the connotation of environmental protection industry, the paper puts forward great opportunity what low-carbon environmental protection industry in China face and it also proposes that the theory of technological innovation （TRIZ） could been applied to low-carbon industry research, searching for the development measures of the low-carbon environmental protection industry in China through TRIZ idealized method.
