水泥稳定碎石强度影响因素的试验研究 被引量:31

摘要 通过室内试验研究各因素对水泥稳定碎石强度影响规律。结果表明:振动法试验结果更具有代表性,振动法成型试件强度平均为芯样强度的1.19倍,而静压法成型试件为0.55倍;水泥剂量对初始强度影响效果不明显,水泥剂量小于5%时对水泥稳定碎石极限强度影响显著,水泥剂量超过5%时,水泥剂量增加1%时极限强度提高不超过10%;成型方法对试件结构尤其是矿料级配及矿料排列影响很大,振动法成型试件28 d后强度接近于静压法的2.54倍;骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石比悬浮密实型初始强度约大19%、后期强度约大10%;试件密度提高1%,水泥稳定碎石强度至少提高11%;龄期28 d前水泥稳定碎石强度增长较为显著,达到28 d时水泥稳定碎石强度可达极限强度的75%以上。 The influence factors of unconfined compressive strength(UCS) of cement stabilized macadam were investigated in laboratory.The result shows that(1) the UCS value of vibrating compacted specimen is 1.19 times as much as the value of core sample,while the UCS value of static compacted specimen is 0.55 times as much as the field UCS value,which shows that the vibrating compacted specimen is closer to the field;(2) the ultimate UCS value changes remarkably when cement content is less than 5%,but when cement content is more than 5%,the limit strength improves less than 10% with cement content improves 1%;(3) the UCS values of vibrating compacted specimen after 28 days of curing is 2.54 times as much as that of the static compacted specimen,which shows that the compacted specimen type has a strong influence on the specimen structure,especially aggregate gradation and mineral aggregate arrangement;(4)the initial strength of the cement stabilized macadam of dense framework type is amount 19% large than that of suspended-dense type,the final strength is about 10% large;(5) the compactness of specimen raised 1%,the ultimate UCS values of CSM can increase about 11%;(6) the UCS value increases with curing time and the UCS value after 28 days of curing can get up to not less than 90% of the ultimate UCS value.
