摘要
科学发展观是当代中国社会经济发展战略思想调整的集中体现,是指导我国区域经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展的世界观和方法论.贯彻落实科学发展观,根本方法是统筹兼顾.文章从统筹城乡发展、区域发展、经济社会发展、人与自然和谐发展、国内发展与对外开放、国内与国际两个大局等六个方面,详细阐述了目前商丘区域经济发展中存在的挑战与机遇,并提出了一些化挑战为机遇的思路对策.
The scientific outlook on development is the concentrated expression of adjusted strategic thought of the contemporary Chinese social and economic development, which is the world outlook and methodology guiding our country comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the regional economy and socity. Implementing the scientific outlook on development, the fundamental approach is taking all into proper consideration. From the co -ordinating urban and rural development, regional development, economic and social development, the harmonious development between human and nature, domestic development and opening to the outside world, both domes- tic and international situation, the paper in detail elaborated the opportunities and challenges in current regional economic development of Shangqiu, and proposed a number of the ideas which changing challenges into opportunities.
