摘要
采用非线性动力有限元法和动态损伤模型对高压水射流清砂过程及机理进行了模拟研究。结果表明,高压水射流具有很强的清砂能力,型砂的破坏是射流冲击所产生的应力波与准静态压力共同作用的结果,其中以应力波的作用为主。经与现场实验结果进行对比验证,模拟仿真的结果与实验规律一致,表明此方法分析水射流清砂过程和机理是可行的,所得结论可作为高压水射流对精密铸件清砂工艺及相关设备的设计和优化的依据。
Investigation on the removal of molding sand's mechanism and process using high pressure water-jet is simulated on a nonlinear dynamical FEM (finite element method)and dynamic damage model The result indicates that high pressure water-jet is possessed of very strong ability to removal of molding sand. The destruction of molding sand is concurrent result of stress wave and quasi-static pressure,in which alterative stress wave is the primary. The numerical results agree with the test results to a high degree,indicates it is feasible that the analyses of removed molding sand's mechanism and process using high pressure water-jet by this technique. The conclusion can be used to work out the craft of removed precision casting's molding sand,the design and optimization of correlative equipment.
