摘要
介绍了YC6108Q曲轴双面磨削系统总成设计的方法,使用Pro/Engineer完成机床在三维环境下的刀具工作系统、工件进给系统及夹具系统的结构设计和总体虚拟装配。不仅在曲轴加工过程中实现了磨削的自动化,极大的提高了劳动生产率,而且降低了工人的劳动强度。
It introduces the me The tool working system,feed system thods of assembly design of crankshaft double-sided grinding system. of workpiece and fixture system have been designed by using Pro/En gineer in the three-dimension environment,meanwhile finishing the virtual assembly of the machine tools. The grinding automation of crankshaft in processing is able to realize ,it can greatly improves the productivity and reduces the labor intensity.
