摘要
针对目前我国农村劳动力大量被土地束缚,造成劳动力资源浪费以及农业机械共同利用率不高,造成农机资源浪费这一严重影响农业增效、农民增收的现实,本文通过对严李村调研分析,解析出相应的有效配置数据,为合理利用农业资源提供依据,建设节约型农业,实现农民收益最大化。
