摘要
地调与网、省调在电网运行方面有许多不同之处,这就决定了适合于网、省调的能量管理系统(EMS)不能照搬应用于地调。根据高压配电网和中压配电网的不同特点。分别分析探讨了配电管理系统(DMS)的特色功能和算法选择。包括:状态估计必须考虑电流量测;不等式约束和变比估计问题;安全分析与自动故障选择应考虑自动装置的作用;无功优化以变比调节、电容器投切和网络重构为主要控制手段,其实用目标应是考虑负荷变化的动态优化;应有故障定位与恢复功能;要考虑不平衡三相潮流;要有电能质量监视与控制和事故呼叫系统;GIS应与分析应用功能有机集成;高压配电网与中压配电网DMS如何接口等问题。
The control of power systems in China can be divided into three top-down levels based on their voltage levels and dispatching functions: inter-regional power system (IPS). provincial power system (PPS) and district power system (DPS). The operation mode of DPS is different from that of IPS/PPS. This paper discusses some characteristic functions of distribution management system (DMS) used in DPS. Some algorithms for DMS are also discussed. Major points of view on DMS are listed below. Current measurements. inequality constraints and tap position estimation should be considered in slate estimation function. Automatic apparatus should take effect in contingence analysis function. The major control measures of optimization are tap position adjustment. capacitor switching and network reconfiguration. Practical goal of voltage/var optimization should be dynamic optimization which considers the load profile. Fault location adn restoration unbalanced three-phase load flow. monitoring and control of electric power quality. geographical information system. trouble call system. etc. should he included in DMS. The method to interface DMS in sub-transmission system with DMS in primary feeder system is also given.
