摘要 沉默信息调节因子2(Silent Information Regulator2,SIR2)是依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(Nicotin Amide Adenine Dinucleotide,NAD)的第三类组蛋白去乙酰化酶,SIRT1是与哺乳动物Sir2同源性最高的家族成员,不仅使组蛋白去乙酰化以介导基因沉默,在心血管系统,还可能与FOXO家族、NF-κB、PARP-1、PGC-1、PPAR-γ、eNOS等多种靶基因或蛋白相互作用,对细胞生存、衰老、炎症和氧化应激等起到十分重要的调节作用。本文拟对SIRT1在心血管系统调节氧化应激、凋亡、衰老方面的主要下游作用靶基因、蛋白以及目前其在心脏/血管保护方面的研究进展进行综述。
