摘要
资源枯竭型城市的标准化是资源型城市产业转型与发展循环经济,实现可持续发展的基础和途径。关于资源型城市枯竭的问题,本文通过对资源枯竭型城市界定标准演绎的分析,指出了资源枯竭型城市可持续发展的重要性和相互依托性。为此提出,确立标准,界定资源型城市,科学构建可持续发展标准体系;贯彻实施ISO14000标准,发展循环经济,从而实现"产业-环境-人"的可持续发展。
