摘要
以禽蛋为研究对象,设计了符合中国国情的禽蛋安全生产可追溯系统,包括蛋禽养殖和产蛋信息系统、禽蛋加工信息管理系统和禽蛋销售信息系统,以提高蛋品安全监控水平,同时对系统关键技术进行了分析和阐述。该系统既可作为企业的管理信息系统,又可实现蛋品的质量跟踪和追溯,具有实用和推广价值,在一定程度上可保障消费者权益,提高政府监管效率,促进中国禽蛋生产与国际接轨,提高我国禽蛋安全生产水平。
The egg quality safety traceability system was designed to improve egg safety monitoring level in line with Chinese national conditions, including the breeding and laying information systems for poultry, processing information management systems and egg sales information systems.At the same time, key problems of the system were also analyzed and explained.The system has practical and promotion value, because it can not only be used as a management information system, but also can implement egg quality tracing. In a way, it can protect the interests of consumers and improve the efficiency of government management and reach to integrate with the international standards and improve Chinese egg safety production level.
