摘要
人本德育是一种新的学校德育范式。以马克思主义的人学理论为指导,从理论和实践两个纬度反思当前高校德育活动中可能存在的种种"反人本"倾向,从而建构以"现实的人"为出发点,以人的"全面自由发展"为价值目的的现代德育人本的思想体系和实践模式。进一步明确德育目标的层次化、具体化,以推动现代人本德育思想由理念层次向实践层次和操作层次的转换,致力于培养学生思想品德和健康人格。
Humanity-based moral education is a kind of new moral education paradigm.Taking the people theory of Marxism as the guidance,the essay reflected the anti-humanity inclination possibly existed in moral education activity in higher education institutions from the dimensions of theory and practice,and constructed the humanity-based thought system and practice model for modern moral education taking realistic people as the starting point and people's comprehensive and free development as the value pursuit,and further clarify the stratification and materialization of moral education objectives to boost the humanity-based moral education thought transform from idea level to practice and operation level and try to cultivate students' ideology,morality and healthy personality.
