摘要
调查显示,教育观念滞后、办学模式僵化、培训经费短缺、师资力量薄弱等是制约当前职业院校开展农民工培训的主要因素。借鉴富平模式、民工学校模式、送教上门模式的成功经验,提出职业院校开展农民工培训,一要更新培训观念、提升师资素质、搞活办学模式、减轻学员负担;二要健全法律法规、引入竞争机制、统筹职教资源等。
Investigation show that,obsolete educational view,rigid school running model,lack of school running fund and weak teaching staff are main factors restricting the development of migrant peasant laborers.Referring successful experiences of Fuping model,migrant laborer school model and directly delivering training model,the suggestions for developing migrant laborer training of vocational schools are：firstly,vocational schools should update view,enhance teachers＇ qualities,diversity school running model and alleviate the burden of trainees;secondly,the government should optimize legislation and law,introduce competitive mechanism and plan vocational education resources in a whole.
