摘要
目的观察益肾通痹汤配合牵引推拿治疗腰椎间突盘出症的临床疗效。方法将155例本病患者随机分为治疗组86例、对照组69例。对照组采用牵引、推拿治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加以益肾通痹汤治疗;两组均治疗两个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组治愈率与总有效率分别为51.1%、95.3%,对照组分别为34.8%、76.8%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟益肾通痹汤配合牵引推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意。
Objective To observe the Yishen Decoction with traction and massage treatment of lumbar disc between the sudden out of clin- ical effects. Methods 155 cases of this disease were randomly divided into treatment group 86 eases,69 cases in control group. The control group were treated with traction, massage therapy; treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment to be Yishen Decoction treatment;2 in both groups after treatment to determine efficacy of treatment. Results The cure rate and total effective rates were 51.1%, 95.3%;control group were 34.8%, 76.8%;the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Self-Yishen Decoction with traction and massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation results were satisfactory.
