介绍了已投入使用并成功架设包西铁路义南洛河特特大桥的SX32/64型节段拼装造桥机的的工程背景、总体组成、技术条件、作业程序和结构总体设计。重点介绍结构构造特点与所进行的结构空间分析和稳定性计算,这是保证这台属国内最大型的一种新型节段拼装造桥机正确设计与安全使用的最基本要素。
The paper introduces SX32/64 type sectional assembly bridge fabrication machine, which has been put into use and successfully erected Yinan Luohe extra-large bridge in Baotou-Xi＇ an Railway. Engineering background, overall composition, technical conditions, working procedures and overall structural design of the machine are given. The importance of the introduction lies in structural features, structural spatial analysis and stability computation, as they are the fundamental dements in ensuring the correct design and safe use of this new sectional assembly bridge fabrication machine which is the largest domestically.
