摘要
对通风机进行故障诊断是及时发现安全隐患,保证通风机安全运行的有效手段。将多传感器信息融合理论的全息谱技术用于矿用通风机的故障识别诊断,并结合虚拟仪器技术,研究开发了矿用通风机故障诊断虚拟仪器。试验表明,此仪器能充分、直观地反映被测对象的振动状态,可更加准确有效地实现通风机的故障诊断。
The fault diagnosis to the mine ventilator could timely find the safety hidden danger and could be an efficient means to ensure the safety operation of the mine ventilator. With the holographic spectrum technology based on the multi sensor information fusion theory applied to the fault identification and diagnosis of the mine ventilator and in combination with the virtual instrument technology, a virtual instrument of the fault diagnosis for the mine ventilator was researched and developed. The test results showed that the instrument could be fully and directly to reflect the vibration state of the measured objects and could be accurately and efficiently to have the fault diagnosis of the mine ventilator.
