摘要
结合水泥生产过程和实际工作中遇到的问题,探讨了水泥生产中影响水泥与外加剂适应性的主要因素,包括水泥的碱含量、熟料的fCaO含量、混合材种类及掺加量、水泥粉磨细度、水泥温度及新鲜度、外加剂的种类及性质、熟料的化学成分、石膏的种类及掺量、粉磨工艺、技术指标稳定性等多种因素,并对有效解决适应性问题的途径作了探讨。
Concerning the real problems happened in practical cement production process, this article discussed the main factors to influence cement adaptability to additional agents during cement production, such as alkali content in cement products, fCaO content in clinker, sorts and intermingled quantity of admixtures, cement fineness during grinding, cement temperature and freshness, sorts and properties of additional agents, chemical composition of clinker, sorts and intermingled quantity of gypsum, grinding process, and stability of various technical targets etc. a lot of factors. Also, ways and means to effectively solve the problem of adaptability are discussed.
