摘要
我国建设工程的风险管理研究仍处于起步阶段,在上海市轨道交通四号线发生重大工程事故之后,上海已把重大市政工程的风险管理提上议程。风险管理全委托作为全新的工程风险管理模式,随着保险公司和风险管理机构的介入,工程参建各方的地位与相互关系发生了明显的变化,建设工程的风险管理体系得到增强。本文以"上海威宁路苏州河桥梁新建工程"试点项目为例,主要探讨了建设工程风险管理全委托模式的实施,并对如何完善建设工程风险管理体系提出一些想法。
The research on the risk management for construction projects is still at its preliminary stage in China. After the major Shanghai Metro Line 4 accident, all major projects now in Shanghai are required to implement effective risk management measures. In the new risk management full-entrustment model, the status and inter-rela- tionship of all relevant parties have undergone significant changes, due to the involvement of insurance companies and risk management agencies in the risk management process, and as a result, construction projects has been significantly strengthened. This paper took the ＂ the risk management system for Shangh Project＂ as an example, and discussed on the application of the full-entrustment model construction project. It also presented some thoughts on how to improve the construction system.
