摘要
甲状腺手术后一种发生率较高且严重的并发症是甲状旁腺功能低下（hypoparathyroidism，HP），如何有效预防及治疗该并发症，一直是甲状腺外科临床面临的难题。现就近年来甲状腺手术中I期甲状旁腺自体移植的现状进行综述。
