颅骨骨瓣内固定技术应用现况及进展 被引量:5

Current situation and progress of cranial bony flap internal fixation technique

摘要 骨瓣开颅手术是神经外科的基本操作之一,术后一般需要将形成的骨瓣原位置回,最大限度重建颅骨完整性,恢复对颅腔内容物保护;同时赋予头颅形态,达到美容目的。多年来,颅骨骨瓣固定方法也在逐步改进。本文对各种临床常用颅骨骨瓣内固定技术的应用现况及进展综述如下。
